Precautions for use of electrochemical gas sensor?
Release date: 2022-12-10
View:

    Soldering is prohibited during installation; The pin shall not be broken or bent; It is forbidden to seal the sensor with hot melt adhesive or sealant with curing temperature higher than 80 ℃; The sensor shall not be subject to excessive impact or vibration;

    The aging time before use shall not be less than 48 hours;

    Electrolyte leakage will cause damage. Do not disassemble the sensor at will;

    Avoid contact with organic solvents (including silicone rubber and other adhesives), paints, chemicals, fuel oils and high concentration gases; The electrochemical sensor can not be used in the environment containing corrosive gas and high concentration of alkaline gas. Corrosive gas can damage the sensor;

    All electrochemical sensors shall not be immersed in oxygen-free environment, otherwise the performance of the sensor will be damaged;

    When the sensor is tested and applied, the front vertical air inlet must be avoided; The inlet surface of the sensor shall not be blocked or polluted; The waterproof and breathable film above the sensor shall not be opened or damaged;
