The following situations must be avoided when using and storing catalytic sensors:

Exposed to steam containing silicon, such as silicon adhesive, silicon rubber, putty or other silicon-containing plastics.

It is used in highly corrosive environment, such as sour gas containing H2S, SOX, Cl2 and HCl.

Expose to extreme conditions for a long time, such as high humidity, high temperature or high pollution.

Contact with water or catalyst ball is frozen or dewed.

    Use in high voltage environment.

Catalytic combustion belongs to flameless combustion and cannot work in low oxygen or oxygen-free environment.

The lead wire diameter of the sensor is very small. During the use and handling process, the shock absorption protection should be done well, and the sensor should not be impacted by strong external force and frequently subject to excessive vibration, so as to prevent the sensor from being damaged or the output value from changing.

To avoid long-term storage, the sensor placed for 6~12 months should be powered on and aged for 48 hours at rated voltage before use. It is not recommended to use products stored for more than 1 year.
